NW Phoenix Metro Burns Night Supper

Scots of the West Valley will hold their annual Robert Burns Night Supper on Friday, January 16th at 9350 Greenway Rd, Sun City (Palmbrook Country Club).

This will be a Gala evening of singing, dancing and enjoying the Mesa Pipe Band and Highland Dancers.

Grand Entrance and Dinner at 6:00 PM
Social Hour will start at 5:00 PM (no host bar)

Reservations are necessary. $30.00 for members, $33.00 for guests.

If there are enough of the Arizona Rabble interested in going let me know and we can reserve a table for 10 (if space available)- but I must know before Jan. 5th. as it appears that much of this must be handled through the mail.

I'm looking into whether or not we'll be able to make this or not. We have a vacation planned in January and I think it might be that weekend. I'll get back to you soon. Thanks for the heads up!

Hey, Todd, thanks for the info!

I attended the 2007 Scots of the West Vally Rabbie Burns Night Supper. It was great! I was very impressed with the entire presentation, the organization & how well attended the event was (I'd estimate there were at least 200 in attendance).

Right now my wife & I are a definite maybe. I'll let you know One Way Or Another (sing it Blondie) well before Jan. 5th.

I am bumping this forward to let folks know that I received a call from Jim Fraser, the chairman for the Scots of the West Valley Burns Night Supper. He tells me that reserved tables are going fast and that if we wish to get one we should try soon. I can send a check but I need a firm commitment from 4 other couples (or eight people total.) Otherwise we may be scattered about the place. (and some , knowing me, might want that anyway!)

I just wanted tp post this notice that the official reservation deadline has passed for the Burns dinner with Scots of the West Valley. I do not know if there are any seats left but if anyone is interested in attending I would be happy to find that out. PM is probably the best way to communicate.
