Smile New kilt ordered from Nova Scotia

    Hi all kilted community,

I received sooner than anticipated my new kilt from McIsaac in Nova Scotia.
I had ordered a 16oz 8yrds Stewart of Appin kilt and it looks beautiful and
the job done on it is perfect.
As a reminder I choosed that tartan because the name is close enough of my family name wheras I have no scottish or celtic origin.
As we say in astronomy here is the first light of it.

    Kilt from New Scotland

I agree that is a very nice tartan indeed.

The weave pattern and colours are truly unique!

Beautiful kilt, but I have to ask: in the group shot, you're wearing a tartan of light blue and brown. I like that tartan a lot, ever since I saw it on the SWK website.
Why, a child of five could understand this. Quick -- someone fetch me a child of five!

The one you mention is a Lamont ancient, a casual kilt for every day use.
    I've got it from SWK.
