As others have said, the year can get worse; yet my prayers go out to you and your family that the year doesn't.
Mourn their passing, cherish their lives but don't live in the grief and anger.

Still, it is one of the worst beginnings to a year I can think of. Both your parents passed at far too young an age. I'm so sorry for your losses.
Give yourself the time and space and permission to grieve; for each of them, and for the blessings they brought to you as a loving parental team. No one can grieve for you or feel the loss as deeply as you do. Let others help you as you grieve and as you help them. And let us know what we can do.
