Rugby Six Nations 2009
Firstly my apologies if I've posted this in the wrong place, but as this sub-forum was primarily about games and such I felt it would fit best here. Rugby after all is a game very close to Scottish/Celtic/British hearts. Mods feel free to move it if I've been a wally!
so who's supporting who? Any predictions? And as for kilts - anyone going to be wearing one to a match?
Sadly, despite having tickets to two games, my girlfriend has banned me from wearing my kilt to matches as the kilt is too good quality. Makes sense I suppose

I support Wales and Scotland but am always torn in two when they play each other!

I like to see all the home countries do well. As to who I back to win it? Well I'll let you draw your own conclusions.

I'm a Scotland supporter, but will still cheer for Ireland when they aren't playing Scotland.
Whoever wins I just hope we see a few decent matches. I'll have to settle for online coverage and podcasts to stay in the loop.

I like any of the home nations to do well. I'll begin supporting the underdog but later in the tournament I'll support whoever has the best chance of beating France to the championship! (I don't hate France, but I wont support them against other European opposition).
I do have a big soft spot for Italy, as I like seeing rugby develop as a world sport and seeing the less traditional teams doing well. Italy have really come on over the years
I have tickets for Scotland v Wales and Scotland v Italia. Can't wait! Scotland did really well in the autumn dow to the fact that they play as a unit, something England could do with learning! Scotland could be dark horses this year!

will be watching at least some of the games - kilted - at an Irish pub in Philly.
While I will always support Scotland, history tells me that winning is not often an option, so I will gladly support anyone who is playing England.

Not an England rugby fan? The English did invent the game so they do get some credit.
Speaking of which, is Wilkinson still out for England after his knee surgery?

Might I ask where this coverage will be coming from?
