Many of us wish we could present such humble dignity & taste, as you do, sir.

I raise a glass to your individual style.

    Puffer-
I think you look great! I have a penchant for military cut jackets with "civilian" attire, so your look is right up my alley.

I actually don't care for the look myself, as it wouldn't work for me. What I really like, is that someone is taking a look that would not occur to me, making it his own, and making it really work!

I couldn't wear what Puffer wears and make it work, that's why I like what he's doing so much.

Classy and original, a rare combination.

    Wow Jack,
This thread has really stirred the proverbial hornet's nest. And all you were asking for was a little input on your Sabbath going to church outfit. I wonder what would happen if you actually wore something radical.

Puffer I think the outfit looks brilliant and the only thing I could add is that maybe a belt would finish it off.
The Kilt is my delight !

Puffer, I think you look fantastic in that outfit. Smart as all get out.

It is so refreshing to see someone who is trim and well groomed wearing the kilt. I speak as one who is carrying a few extra pounds myself.

You are a fine ambassador for the kilted brigade.

    Cheers,
    Rick

    Puffer,

I've been traveling so wasn't able to view your photos to make comment before now.

My first impression was to lose the plaid, but after remembering that you live in the Pacific NW, a climate not unlike that of Scotland, I reconsidered and thought it an excellent addition.

I like the battle jacket. I'm not sure if I would select it for attending church services, but I don't know your church.

I do like the look and effect of the jacket and think it quite appropriate for walking out dress. The overall coordination of color is excellent.

    Well done.

    Sir William

Is that jacket X-MOD? I've been searching for one for weeks but none are the right size.
