Hi fortcollinsjerry and All,
I can reccommend this link to the International Association of Amateur Heralds: http://amateurheralds.org/ of which I am a Fellow. If you follow the drop down menu under 'Heraldry' to 'Design Assistance Requests', you will be put in touch with a person who will work with you to produce a really great design. The finished artwork is downloadable and printable and above all is FREE. Along the way you will get to know some simple rules of heraldry and what makes a good coat of arms and what doesn't. It costs nothing to have a go and you could be making yourself an heirloom to pass down to future generations as yet unthought of!
Regards
Chas
