I find your laws interesting to say the least. illegal to import and to purchase but for some reason not illegal to own! I heard the story of the U.S. lawyer who had a box of 24 cubanos that he insured against fire and after smoking them all, filed a claim and won his case in court, only to be charged with 24 counts of arson.
