    It looks like the new owner is happy with his new kilt.

    Well done

    One thing though, you might let him know to wear his sporran just a tad lower, it will look better.

    Indeed - he tells me that this is his favorite kilt. He has dozens of them. (I've seen only a few).

    Jamie,

    You know, I keep thinking about how he got that sporran to sit so high... It might because I opted out of putting belt loops in the back. I don't think they're necessary at all, especially given that he has about 4-5 inches of taper. In any case, I'll ask him when I see him in April - I can handstitch it on at the convention (a la Barb during in-between competition sessions.

    Speaking of which, the guy I made the reverse-K denim kilt will likely be there as well. There's a thought, I'm going round up all the guys that I made kilts for and we'll have a big group photo! Many of them are square dancers.
