As promised, now that all of the X Marks Tartan fabric that was ordered has been mailed out, I am announcing that the extra fabric that I ordered is available to the general membership.
I want everyone to have an equal chance at this fabric so I am making this post in General Kilt Talk in addition to the official announcement in the Propaganda section.
