    Great thread, it was before my time (on Xmarks). I have not put belt loops nor the dreaded third buckle on any of the kilts I have made. Custom fitted kilts don't need the belt it is only for ornimentation. In fact, kilts have their own belt, stabilizer and interfacing to carry the load.

    So, tighten up that belt a little and let us know if that solves the sagging belt issue.
