Otherwise, Gibbs or anyone else, we do need to go check Lyon's in person and test their beverage delivery systems . . .

Reservations are made for "Xmarks" on Saturday, 4 April at Lyon's Pub andGrill at 6:00 p.m. in the Parliament Room at Lyon's Pub and Grill in Palm Springs. It's a very nice place and all will be well plesed. There are round tables in the rooom and it is adjadent to the bar (how convnient!) for mingling with moguls.

As for "American" food choices for Hamish, Palm Springs is the sole California location of an "Elmer's Restaurant" (http://elmers-restaurants.com). It's menu even has an "Honored Guests" (i.e., senior discount) section. The only place with more 'mericun food would be a truck stop.

Did not see any Spring Breakage despite the city texting invites to over a million SoCal kiddies (approximate number), might be a bit early in the season for an infestation though.


CT - Rum Runner wants a kilt but doesn't like the Robins tartan all that much.
