The Dandelion is already the Clan Plant of what is possibly one of the strongest Clans currently around.
This Clan is one where it's members actually know and speak to each other on a regular basis. The membership is growing at an exponential rate as outsiders find that it embodies the true spirit and meaning of the word Clan.

I am speaking of course of this Clan. X Marks. Highlandtide is our Chief and if wishes to wear three eagle feathers in his bonnet I will defend his right to do so.

Five years ago we designed and had woven our Clan Tartan.
two years ago we designed, and had approved, our Clan Badge.
Last year we adopted the Dandelion as our Clan Plant. The Dandilion was chosen because it "Symbolizes the undefeatable spirit, and universality of who we are and where we live".

Members of The Standing Council of Scottish Chiefs have commented to me personally that "X Marks is operating in the true sense of Clan". So, if you wish to show to the world your membership in this Clan, X Marks, please proudly wear the Dandelion behind your Badge on your bonnet.

    I wear the kilt because:
    Swish + Swagger = Swoon.
