The end of a jones!
Well guys, although I have not been as active as I could of wished over the last several months, you have not been forgotten. I had a kilt in the works with one of our master kilt makers. I just recieved word from said kilt maker today that the kilt is in the mail. I expect it here on Wednesday.
Photos and details will come then. Observant readers will of course know which tartan it is.

Might you be waiting for a MacKinnon made in the mountains of NC? Congrats on obtaining a piece of wearable art. I'm also happy for you because it means my "jones" is one kilt closer to being over!

Congratulations... on the way.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

Look what came today! A nice fed-ex box from the Scottish Tartans Museum.....

And just what might be inside? Why, it is a box pleated kilt from Matt Newsome!
This is just a teaser, the review and photos of it strapped onto my rather large frame will be posted tomorrow when I break the kilt in. I am now doing to happy dance!
