Some cities in N. America are beginning to install urinals in the club section of their towns.

Here in Victoria we use pop-up urinals. They are raised in the evenings, are tied into the cities sewer system and are lowered after dawn.
We have already seen a decrease in the mess in the doorways, alleys and behind dumpsters of our city.
