Monday will be like every other day. I will go to work in a tartan kilt, change into heavy denim trousers (O.S.H.A. regulation), then change back into my kilt after work. BTW, I would rather the flying glass and metal damage a pair of jeans than one of my tartan kilts anyway.

It's Monday, Tartan Day, and I'm sitting here in my Leatherneck box-pleat kilt. Mostly I'm getting some more or less positive comments (including "nice legs" from a woman), and a few stares (which I'm used to).

Monday, Tartan Day and I am at work in my Ancient MacDonald and a blue sweater (ancient blue actually---looks pretty good together but I only put it on because our temperature dropped from like 79 yesterday to 40 this morning. Busiy day ahead at work---clinical seeing patients today and orienting a new doc to our job as this is her first day and I am the boss. Gotta go--they're calling me already.

Monday and a little chilly. Looks like I'll be wearing the thermal shirt today (with the kilt of course). Gotta take my son to the doctor before work today, so I'll be out a little more than I figured. Should be fun....

Kilted at work myself, today. I've had to explain Tartan Day as no one has ever heard of it...oh well. It's a great excuse to kilt-up.
As long as I have no work to do in the warehouse (no bare legs, steel toes, hard-hat, etc) I can wear a kilt. I only do it a few times a year.

Cheers! Remembered that I had a Black Watch Tartan VEST. Fit the outfit quite well to don a bit of celebration, since I can't wear my MacDonald of Sleat until tonight.
Kilt on, Brothers and Sisters!

My 4 yo and I are both kilted today, and it is snowing and windy. I haven't worn pants in about 3 days, I think a record for me, but its back to pants tomorrow.

I'm not kilted at work, but I found a shirt in my closet that I didn't realize I owned and, to my admittedly untrained eye, it looks almost identical to one of the Gordon Dress variants. I figured it was about the perfect attire when one isn't permitted to kilt up at work.

I almost bought some BW sleep pants a while back, instead bought a SWK thrifty BW.
