Kilt Nite at the Flying Saucer - Fort Worth

I spoke to Curtis (the manager) and for me to get the Half Acre Room upstairs and make it 'ours (anyone with a kilt could come in) I have to promise $500 sales within a two hour period. He says though, we could make a get2gether and I tell him about it's time and he can let us take over the back balcony or part of the Half Acre room.

I say we make a dry run on this and meet after the 11th that next week or the week after that. Is there a way to do a vote question in this forum?

Whew! I'm not sure we could get enough people together to make that sort of money for them in that amount of time. So I imagine we'd probably just want to let them know before hand and see if we could wrangle a little tiny section, or else just mingle and sit our pleats down on seats in the usual sections to claim some space of our own in a sense.

Okay.. when you start a new thread, scroll down tot he bottom. There is a section with a box you can mark (create a poll, "yes") and then options (limit of 10).

I didn't start one to test it, so I'm not sure how it all works after that.
