Yep, Spokavegas, WA, Hillyard to be exact. Don't see many (any) kilts around these parts... I don't really wear mine around town either so I guess I'm guilty too Road trips or camping though, I usually don't even bring pants. I suppose I'm a "closet kilter". Summer's coming, I'm gonna work on that!
