The Scottish Tartans Museum

This could be a long thread as there are many photos. Catherine and I spent last week in Franklin North Carolina and as such just had to go meet Matt at the Scottish Tartans Museum. We arrived a little before 10:00 am and Matt was only too glad to let us in a wee bit early. It really was wonderful meeting Matt he is as nice in person as he is on the forum. If you are ever in the area a visit is well worth it.

Matt it really was a pleasure meeting you and being able to spend so much time in the Museum and shop. Even though Franklin is not a bustling metropolis I would not hesitate to recommend the Scottish Tartan Museum to any and all it really is a treat, and the staff are not half bad either. Here are some of the photos we got.

For the rest I'd say take a visit to the museum and really see it for yourself, it was a great day, so nice in fact that we went back later in the week.
