Is Proctor a Scottish name? I had understood it to be German.
According to Surname Profiler http://www.nationaltrustnames.org.uk/default.aspx the Proctors were mostly in the English Midlands and Lake Country---if my recall of geography is correct--- though some were around Aberdeen and Inverss-shire.

Beautiful design.
Looks like it will probably be a large sett because of the single yellow stripe only showing up once over several copies of the remaining under checks. Might make it tough on your kiltmaker.

Well done, colorful, but not too much. Looks great! I'd love to see it in wool, pleated, etc.

to the set & the white stripe should be ok, shouldn't it, i don't know???
