I have never EVER seen a man kilted here in STL that wasn't at a parade or tartan event. We are always behind the times.

The town we moved to (outside of actually) has a population of less than 1000. I have been told, that other than a gentleman who lives up one of the canyons and only wears his kilt (and plays his pipes) on special occasions, I am the only one seen in a kilt. People in the town still stare when I come in kilted (it only took Sasquatch a couple of months to get accustomed to me kilted.)
