I haven't dealt with them for nearly a couple of years and they were top notch quality then. But the way things are reported about them now I would not go back in a hurry either.

Hi 530dcs,
Welcome to XMarks from the other side of the Atlantic in Norfolk, England. Good luck with C C C, but I fear you will have little success without going to law.

My father bought a Stewart Ancient Tartan 8 yard kilt from them 2 years ago. The shipping time was about 8 weeks. It took about that amount of time. His experience was first rate. So much so that when I finally graduate school and have some spare money to drop on a formal kilt I was considering obtaining it from them. They do give a nominal discount when you purchase at a festival.
Last fall (September 2008,) my father bought an argyle jacket from them at the Estes Park games. They stated the same 8 week turn around time. Now it is May 2009 and has yet to arrive... Makes one wonder if they have suffered some sort of management change or problem with in the company as others above seem to be having problems as well.
To be nobody but yourself in a world which is doing its best, night and day, to make you everybody else means to fight the hardest battle which any human being can fight; and never stop fighting. -E. E. Cummings

I have been in the CCC store in Palm Springs twice but haven't bought anything, looks like I won't unless they change their ways.

Walcome frae Canadae! That does seem far too long to wait. I have heard problems in recent years and it makes me wonder if it is indeed a change in management.

I did call the Palm Springs police and they were to send an officer to check them out. They are not registered with the California to do business so they are operating illegally, ONE BIG SCAM> Hard to tell just how many people got
ripped off.
