Scottish MPs and Welsh MPs at Westminster can vote on matters that affect England whereas because those matters are devolved in Scotland and Wales, English MPs cannot do the same.

I think most English people were quite happy with the way things were before devolution, and when devolution happened for the Welsh and the Scots we felt no change in England so didn't really mind.

I think the only way the English will get their own parliament is if the union breaks up and I hope that doesn't happen.

It certainly is an interesting kettle of fish though.
