I thought I might bump this along, shameless superfluous soul that I am.

I just finished booking my hotel room in Prescott for that Friday before. I'll be there!

I wish I could be there -- I think you all should have a Xmarks "meet-up" at the Palace on "Whisky Row"! I would pay to see photos of gents in kilts standing at the bar in the Palace! int:

Todd,
We'll see what can be done!
Looks like Terry and I will be going up. I have offered a ride to Retro Red, I think we can fit one or two more if anyone else be interested.
Regards,

Regards,
Now that will be something to see! I've wanted to "belly up to the bar" at the Palace and have a beer for ages -- I was under the limit the last time I was in Preskitt.
For those who are wondering what I'm talking about, you can see the Palace in the Steve McQueen movie Junior Bonner.
Tell 'em JR sent ya...

Oh, I don't forget to walk across the "Sam Steiger Memorial Crosswalk" to the Yavapai Co. Courthouse square and see the "Rough Rider" statue, which commemorates Prescott's most famous son, William O. "Buckey" O'Neill:

It's always great to have an historian in the wings. The things you learn. Actually, I've had the opportunity to be at all those places and every September get to hang out with the ghost in the St. Michael Hotel for an evening and where, last year, being kilted and all, the barkeep, a lady, poured me a nice full glass of whisky- "just because".

Wish that I could be there. However, we're having fun in Wisconsin right now. We had a small XMarks gathering when BeloitPiper and I got together for lunch today.
