    Ya' know--never even occured to me to check my numbers until I got back. I was just focused on doing my best for the first of the year. My wife was the one who walked up to me after the stones and said she thought I PR'd both. I go again this weekend. Still just going to focus on form and let the numbers take care of themselves.

    You know, for the WFD and Stones, I think the best mindset to get into is that "the weight is unimportant"... in fact, just forget that it's there, and just DO..ACT... do the things that you've practiced a thousand times. Put the weight where it goes and just GO.

    An excellent point. At the games don't think about the throw. Just throw. The body will remember how to throw. That is why we punish ourselves at practice. See you at the Enumclaw Games.
