It's got no real content or editing input. These 'sites' pop up to do with any subject when anyone forgets to renew their domain, and a domain squatter jumps in. They cost almost zero to produce, and make a few pennies when anyone is tempted into clicking on the ads. With automated systems churning out such sites by the thousand, the profits add up.
