    Birthday Balls can be held anytime they can be scheduled....usually close to the dain question. There is not a specific date for Birthday Balls. Only a specific unit or organization is having a local Birthday Ball on the dates mentioned.

    I just bought the last of Rocky's US Navy PV tartan, and USAK is running me up a kilt. Set for the military balls now.
