Scots in Arlington 4th of July Parade

Charlene had a note from Ginger, the contact for the FTW Scottish Pipes and Drums who tells me the band is backing out of the 4th of July Parade. Didn't give us a reason other then they were having "issues". If anyone knows of more pipers and drummers that are willing to do a "free gig", please contact Highland Moon. We have already turned in the application for the parade and everyone is expecting a pipe band. I can't believe they would do this to us!!!

That's not good at all, though you do have a little time to try work thru this it's still not good. Are there more pipe groups close to your area draw from?
