Luney kilted guy in Chacago
I shall be in Chicago for business the week of June 9-12. Any of the Chi-town rabble like to get together for a beverage and wee bit of ear bending?
tried posting on kilt nights no takers there, see whats up here.......

Where are you staying? We could probably get some of the rabble together. One of our favorite watering holes is the Duke of Perth on the northside which has an amazing cellar of single malt whisky. Brewboy checked out the new Tilted Kilt recently, but I haven't seen a report of it.

Chacago?
A pronunciation key for the mid south?
Chicago has many wonderful one of a kind establishments. When I have visited, I look for the local flavour. There are Burger Kings everywhere, I do not need to travel to Chicago to eat at one of them.
Sorry that I will not be in the area.

Agreed
Agreed, Giordanos or Pizanos would be a better choice than a tilted kilt!

Sorry I missed the thread in the Kilt Nights section. Too short notice for me, I won't make it.

Sounds like the Duke of Perth would be a better choice. It is not a canned experience, but a very nice local pub with a Scottish flair, good food and an amazing whisky selection.
