They are sewn up on the premises by some very talented kiltmakers, in fact Burnett's and Struth were for a long time the premier kiltmaker in Canada. They have sewn up kilts for many of the pipe bands here for years. I would think they are able to do it by sheer volume of orders.

Aaaaahhhh ! If a local girl wasn't already studying up on kilts and hadn't offered to sew up my Maple Leaf ...
