    WOW 22 years!

THat is a long time for a dog of any breed. We hope for a healthy 12-14 years without the skin problems that Westies are prone to have. Our oldest Lars is three. Thanks for sharing BK.

When we would take her to the Vet, he would announce to the waiting room that this was his miracle dog. She had all her teeth and except for being deaf was pretty active up until the last week of her life. A couple of weeks ago we read that the Guiness book of world records oldest dog was 22. We could have had a shot at that had we known.

There was a big troupe of Westies marching right behind the Montreat Scottish Society in last week's 4th of July parade. They are mighty cute.

Congrats on the new addition to the family.

My Westie and I are inseparable. That's him, his name's Sammy.

Perhaps even now you could submit the vet records to Guinness--I wouldn't think they would require you to produce the actual body of a dog, living or dead.

Thank you for sharing this picture. The puppy is so cute. I really love the little boy. I definitely would love to have a dog but unfortunately I do not have enough time for a dog.
Actually I love both names but I think I would name him Mason. Hopefully I will one time have such a sweet little puppy.
