My great grandfather always greeted folks with the response "best day of my life" when he was first greeted with the usual "How do you do" greeting. If I was with him he would always turn to me and say "any day above ground is a great day".

Enjoy your "glorious day" Mac, whatever causes it to be that for you. and thanks for helping brighten mine along the way by inciting that memory of my great-grandfather.

It's great when folk are having a good day. Working as security I see lots of people every day and I remember hearing about one gentleman who was when asked "Good morning how are you today sir?" replied "Sh*te but thanks for asking which allways gives me a laugh. Enjoy your good day my friend and I'm sure I'm not along I'm wishing everyone had more good days to shout about
