What great, interesting photos of an earlier era. It's great that the history is being preserved. I haven't been yet to Steamtown USA (National Historic Site) in Scranton PA (USA) where steam engines are on display and make runs out into the Pennsylvania country side.
Checkout Steamtown National Historic Site on Wikipedia. A photo is there of a steam engine train on the Tunkhannock Viaduct, the largest reinforced concrete bridge at the time. Also there is a link to the Wikipedia article for more information on the Tunkhannock Viaduct.
