Pacific NW Games at Enumclaw, WA
Fellow WACKOs, I know I have been remiss in my attendance at the past few events, but this is one that is permanently etched in the calendar. I plan to be there the whole weekend, beginning with the opening beer on Friday. I was even going to set the tent up and stay both nights, but my wife's plans changed so that she can now attend, and we are back to commuting each night.
Hope to see all of you there.

I'll be there one of the days. Hope to go on Saturday this time around, so I can catch the heavy athletics. Also going to see about hitting up the Skagit games this year. Gonna be the 11th and 12th of this month.

I will be there both days. I compete on Saturday then just hanging out on Sunday. I think that Alan H is still gonna make it up, from California as well,to compete.

What are the dates for these games? Does anyone know if there is a campground nearby or at the site and what type of facilities they have available for tents or RVs?

I'm planning on being there either Saturday or Sunday.

www.sshga.org will get you the main website. The games are held at the King County Fairgrounds in Enumclaw, WA and have full RV services on site. The games website will link you to the camping reservation site.

BTW: latest forecast is talking about 94 in Seattle on Sat. Sunday, 95 in Seattle. Which means, it'll likely be in the upper 90s in Enumclaw, maybe warmer. So, I probably won't be doing kilt hose.

I'll be there with my friend Kathy, all day on Saturday. Again, let's meet at the Athletes hammer cage about 11:30-11:45 on Saturday and get some lunch together with James.
I'll have on an X Marks Kilt and an X marks t-shirt.
Kathy has requisitioned me as her date for her 30th high school reunion that evening, so I'm not available to drink beer and carouse into the wee hours with you lads. Pity!
I'll be throwing on Sunday, and gunning for PR's in the stones and the light weight for distance. I have a crack at a PR in the hammer as well. I'm back on the road Sunday even, my flight leaves SeaTac at 7:30 or so.
