Excellent point, Chas, but an incomplete accounting.
20 kilts for the work days in a month
4 that are perfect for Saturday chores
4 more for Saturday evening activities
4 for Sundays... and make that 8 if you attend church, because you'll want to change out of your good church kilt...
12, counting 1 each for various, miscelleaneous "bank" holidays
12 more or less for whichever mid-winter holiday you celebrate
10 at least for each of the significant battle anniversaries, tartan days, etc.
that only accounts for 66... and you're still 32 short of Hamish, so you'd be getting off easy....
