Bear is right, though. A loose fitting, white, woven shirt will be cooler than a knit shirt. Observe Arab and Indian dress.

I like the second more casual option. But then again, how often do you get to "suit up" like the first? Maybe #1 choice since it is a special occasion.

The games were on the 18th? How were they? My personal choice of outfit, as already stated, would have been the second, unless my clan were there. We are a living history group specializing in the late 1600's, so a Jacobite shirt would have been my choice in that case. I don't have an accurate one yet, but only the people in my group really know the difference. So that's on my list of things to get, but it's lower in my priorities.
