Would you be intrested?
I'm not sure if this is the right place but I'll take a shot. My rogue and I have been working with the Pocket Sandwich Theater for 8 years now. It is located across the street from Mockingbird Station. (Across mocking bird in the shopping center with Jason's deli)
For each of their opening nights my rogue wears his kilt. It has become a tradition for us. The next popcorn flining melodrama to take place there will be "Captain Blood: A Pirate Melodrama".
The pocket sandwich theater isn't a fancy place trust me a clean Tshirt, and casual kilt would fit in fine. Many people jokingly call it a "Boots, Beer and Tshirt" kind of theater. The pocket offers reasonably priced food, and liquid libations. Sorry no hard alcohol, but they do have beer by the pitcher.
I was putting forward a Kilted invasion one Friday or Saturday night. After the show (which would end about 10:15-10:30) everyone could head over to Trinty Hall. The show opens July 10 and runs every Thursday-Saturday at 8 pm, and Sundays at 7 PM, thru August 22nd.
I thought this make for a different kind of invasion than many are use to. besides when is flinging popcorn at actors and your fellow audience members not fun

I haven't been to the Pocket Sandwich Theatre in ages!!! The Trinity, on the other hand...
Count me in. My weekends are pretty mad right now, but I'll try to make whatever date gets chosen.

I would be interested as long as I am off on the weekend you all decide upon.

The Friday night I'm proposing is:
July 24th @ the Pocket Sandwich Theater.
Doors open at 6:30 PM. Be there by 7:30 PM in order to keep your reservation, and I do recomend it. This show has been extremly popular the 2 previous times it has been performed at the PST. It isn't uncommon for them to sell out so, please make your reservations early.
If all of the "kilts" want to sit in the same general area let the box office know that you are part of the "X's Marks the Scott" group or "Kilties" group. They will call on Wed or Thursday before the show to confirm the number of your reservation. Make sure you let them know then if there are any changes. They are plotting out how to sit the groups together so they need an confirmed numer.
Regarding 'Wee Kilties': This show is rated PG. If any of you would like to bring along the small one's this show would be a blast for the 8 year or older crowd. The 5-7 year olds, depends on their attention span. Though the whole pirates, sword fights and popcorn flinging may keep their attention. This would allow those with wee one's to attend an event and not worry about a baby sitter.
After the show: We can all head over to Trinity Hall for more liquid libations. OR if you wish you could stick around for the late night show. I don't know what that is at the momment, but it is a thought.
If you head over to Trinity Hall, would you be inclined to allow some of the actors from the show to join you? Trinity Hall is a favorite of theirs and would love to talk to all of you.
If this would work better on a Saturday, it is no problem as the show is the same every night.
Above all we would love to meet other X-mark's people and this is a fun place to do it.

I am bumping this back up as the show opens this Friday. We would like to see an audience full of kilted men on the 24th. I know you would have alot of fun.

I'd be there in a heartbeat if I was even close to you. I mean, a good ol' fashioned mellerdrama combined with a chance to wear m'kilt? Throwing popcorn, hissing the villain, cheering the hero? What's better than that?
Why, a child of five could understand this. Quick -- someone fetch me a child of five!
