    I'll add my vote to Rob Roy The Highland Rogue. I always used to watch that as a kid. I can't say that I've seen Tunes of Glory, though.

    In no particular order I'd suggest:

    ROB ROY The Highland Rogue, Walt Disney, 1954
    KIDNAPPED, (starring Michael Caine) 1971
    WEE GEORDIE, 1956
    THE GHOST GOES WEST, 1936
    THE FAST LADY, 1962

    All of these are suitable family fare. Some of the films previously suggested can be pretty heavy going-- generally speaking I'd avoid serious dramas (TUNES OF GLORY) and stick with comedies or action pictures.
