    My son has arrived!

    Yesterday, my wife gave birth to our new son whom we have named Cian Alasdair! He was born at 4.00 pm and weighed in at 8 lbs.

    Congratulations Slohairt, I know you two are very proud parents! As an example of how time marches on, my son arrives today too, but in this case he's coming back to the States on the USS Boxer. He's been off seeing the world and making friends, especially with certain folks off the coast of Somalia. For some reason they weren't happy to see the Boxer or any of the nice folks on board!
