Alright; so I chickened out... I took my kilt to a tailor for these amending alterations I've committed to (principally because I didn't trust myself to re-do the entire outer-apron's fringe-seam); and I just had to reject their work... When they moved the right hip's buckle back to its original position, they sewed it in upside-down; and, then they took the front apron back twice as far as they needed to... Grrr. If you want something done right...
