What a grand meal, it sounds like a very nice evening indeed. It's nice to splurge on yourselves now and again. It certainly is nice on occasion to be able to let the wait staff bring to you what they see as best suiting the need when ordering wine, or entrée alike. I'll bet it is a dining experience that you'll not soon forget.
