    There are some people who seem to wear them longer on purpose, but this isn't the "modern" way to wear a traditional kilt; too long. It may be they don't know, or it may have slid down a bit. Some wear the kilt longer because they think it's cool.

    I agree with all the above, after a day of walking around at the games, I find myself ducking aside and readjusting mine from time to time, always up of course!
    I don't believe the idea is to arrive in heaven in a well preserved body! But to slide in side ways,Kilt A' Fly'n! Scream'en "Mon Wha A Ride" Kilted Santas
