OK, first steps... can you ping it? Open a command prompt (start, run <enter "cmd" in the dialog box>)
Type "ping www.xmarksthescot.com" at the command prompt (without the quotes) and hit enter.
If you can, what IP address does it resolve to?
If not, try to ping 174.37.225.51
Do either of those work?

If pinging the IP address works but pinging the URL does not, it could me a Domain Name Server (DNS) issue. Try running "nslookup" and see if it returns information.

If the DNS is causing problems, report it to Comcast and use the IP address in the meantime.

Are you using any filtering software that is blocking sites you don't want your children to access? Just a thought.
