Hello and a warm Celtic from Boston, Massachusetts.
Good luck in the competition. I will be at the New Hampshire Highland Games next week watching the competition. Next year I will be in it.

The borrowed kilts are for the piping competition in Estes Park this weekend...one is a sport kilt from a buddy, which was the plan until one of the band members of FCPB was kind enough to loan me a tank to wear instead . I am not currently a band member...hopefully, soon...if I pass audition...
I can't wait.
Hopefully I'll have my own kilt before November .
See you guys 'round!

Three pages of hellos! You all don't mess around, huh?
It's amazing how much I've learned since I found this place. Also seen a few people here whose screen names I recognize from the Bob Dunsire forums ...
This evening I tried everything on, with the help of various threads here...Livingston, yep I'll see you Saturday and Sunday, I'll be hard to miss...look for the brogues with the black duct tape holding the toes together . 13yo pair, on loan from my instructor...hose and sporran chain from a good buddy of mine...kilt from another band member & instructor...glengarry on loan as well...got it all on, struck up the pipes, and it felt great.
My girlfriend was an instant victim of the 3S effect, too .
I'm planning to get a tank, and use it like one, with much inspiration from the Haggis Harriers.
