I live in Portland, Oregon which is known for having so many micro breweries, and as a result, selecting something to drink can be a little bewildering at times.

I think of Sheaf Stout as my old reliable.....It seems that every time I drink it, certain flavor notes stand out more than the others.....sometimes smoky, sometimes licorice, sometimes more of a coffee flavor but always delicious.
It also comes in a great big bottle which is enough to make just about any beer lover smile.
