Those Who Can Not Deliver
When my wife and I went to the Houston Highland Games in May 2009, we ordered a kilt, socks, flashings for me and a sash for her from a dealer from Scottish Kilt Rental out of Oakdale,Pa. or Vallejo, Ca., where ever they are doing their business out of. They shipped the kilt and sash but not the other items. I have had no luck getting my $24 worth of stuff from them. So other buyers beware. www.scottishkiltrental.com

P.S. Discussions of experiences with kilt vendors isn't "off topic" in this forum.

It's a total guess, the DNS look-up didn't give me enough to base this on but the fact that clansman knitwear is out of Vallejo CA also makes me think this may be another Clansman Knitwear horror story.
Do a search here for Clansman Knitwear and be amazed at how long this has been going on.

Add in the fact that the email is clnsman at AOL dot com and well...
Welcome to the board and I'm sorry it had to be this way.
I have always tempered my killing with respect for the game pursued. I see the animal not only as a target but as a living creature with more freedom than I will ever have. I take that life if I can, with regret as well as joy, and with the sure knowledge that nature's ways of fang and claw or exposure and starvation are a far crueler fate than I bestow. - Fred Bear

Thanks for the great replies
I thank you all for the great replies. I am thankful that I at least got the two items that were the major money items, the kilt and the sash.

Have their address? There's an easy fix. Call their local police department and explain what is going on. Often times they will send an officer to the place to see what they can do.
