My brother lived in Bryan while he was in grad school. He told me that there is more beer sold there per capita than any other US city.

Hello and a warm Celtic from the other side of the planet in Boston, Massachusetts, U.S.A. I would check your order and then write to them rather strongly about their error (if it is theirs). If they do not respond favourably in a prompt fashion, contact your card processor for a charge back. Then if they get really on, they can have their product back, when they send you a prepaid return shipping carton.
I believe there are three or four quality kilt shops in Victoria, that being more close by, would be a better shot of getting the desired garment. Like everywhere else, beware, as one shop in Melbourne stocks and sells Heritage of Scotland for their ladies wear. With the significant number of Australians having Scot ancestry, I believe that there are some quality people that should be able to bespoke a great garment for you.
