OK, just to remove any possible misunderstanding or amiguity, I'll make a definite time and date:
Saturday, 1:00 PM at the Gordon tent. Heathbar, find someone for the tent. Hire someone, beg someone, recruit a ringer. Ha. Just don't miss the meeting. We always have a good time, exchange a few drams of the finest aqua vitae we choose to bring, and get to meet the people we've come to know here.
I am really looking forward to seeing everyone. Don't forget your flasks, guys. And bring your cameras. We're are required to post photos on this thread after the games. It's a rule.

Dang, dang, dang, dang! I have to leave the grounds at 12:30 on Saturday.
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

What happened, Splash, the judge change the conditions of your probation?
Heck, I'll be at the Gordon tent at 11:00 anyway just to see you. Meanwhile, see if you can get a stay allowing you to remain until 1:30.

Wish I could.... The wife is expecting the crowd I am bringing with me to help her clean up our church after an event that she is running.

Wow, I've been away from the site for a while. Not sure if I'll make it to the games this year, but if I do, I'll be at the Gordon tent at 1:00. Hope to see a few of you there.

I'll be there this year, finally! I've wanted to go to the Stone Mountain Games for several years now but have always had a major conflict. Schedules all clear this time though. I don't know if I'll be able to make to the German Restaurant just yet though. I'll have to talk it over with my better half and it will also be contingent upon how the little ones are feeling at that moment in time. I'll definitely swing by the Gordon tent at the agreed upon time.

I was asked about the time to be at the German Restaurant.
The games shut down at 5:00 so the tent tenders will not be able to be there until about 5:30. So, that'll be the official gathering time although some of us may arrive sooner to arange seating and drink.

The Family and I will be there. I'll have my 3 year old in his SWK. I'll be certain to visit the Campbell, Cunningham, and McNeal teant as they are family. Got to hit the HOG too as any XMARKER is family too. ;)
As one who grew up at these games I can say it is a fun event. My only true complaint about recent years it that they did away with the Tattoo. Truly criminal if you ask me. The tattoo WAS the games for me. It almost makes me cry that I can't cry when that Mass of pipes begin to play.
Loyalty, Friendship, and Love....The Definition of family.
