I still can't figure out why the privacy issue is. It's a public place, anyone can take a picture on the same street corner at any time, it's not illegal. If you don't want to be seen, don't go out in public. It's that simple. Reminds me of something my Dad said a long time ago. I was a little kid, we were at a beach getting changed in the changerooms in this little house on the beach. There were open windows high up in the wall, and I asked my Dad what he'd do if someone started peeping in. My Dad told me he'd say: "Take a picture, it lasts longer!"
