The festival was great, and the new site is better in some ways than he old site at The Richmond Raceway. However, the handicap parking situation was terrible. It was closer than most(other than festival participants), but still required quite a long walk to get to the festival area. I made it without too much pain in my knees(Enough ibuprofen helps until the next day), but my wife was unable to attend the second day. She has COPD, and the long walk with out some place to sit and rest was just too much for her. Unless they open one of the closer parking areas or provide shuttle service at least for handicapped, we will give serious thought about attending next year.
