Since Don Vicente's death the King of Spain has made no appointment to the office of Cronista Rey de Armas. That being the case, those persons resident in North America who wish to avail themselves of a substantive grant of arms, but do not meet the stringent requirements of the Lord Lyon or the Chief Herald of Ireland, may do so by applying to the Bureau of Heraldry in Pretoria, RSA.
